Training is offered through our Flagship program known as the WIN Entrepreneurship Program (WEP). This is a practical, hands- on program that enables women entrepreneurs to set up viable small business enterprises, that are designed to convert opportunities within their communities. The program provides women entrepreneurs with the skills they need to be economically empowered and ensure that they have a better head start in the world of entrepreneurship.
This consists of training of trainers’ activities and workshops for entrepreneurs on financial management, marketing, Customer retention as well as personal and leadership skills intended to enhance capacities for women entrepreneurs.
